Where Are We? A Project Recap

A basic principle of project management is that before you start a project, you should make sure you have enough money, materials, and capacity to actually finish the project. It’s a truism so old it’s literally in the Bible,¹ right up there with not building on sand.

Ahead of next week’s city council meeting on September 15, I though I’d do a recap of Hyattsville’s various projects and what their last status update was.
